Selling products more than MRP at Government place

Sir thier is a canteen at Bhavnagar St Bus stand and he selling products more than MRP at Government place without no fear and when we asked why to pay more than MRP he is saying if want to take other wise go away we have to pay rent of this place. How they are selling products more than MRP I have a tin of sprite and the MRP is 25 and says to give me 30 why this more amount.U should take strict actions against this canteen and should cancelled the licence of this type of canteen.
