We are a valued customer of bajaj finance and bajaj finance has a partnership with mobikwik we have taken an instacredit from mobikwik which is linked with bajaj finserv but ro forgot the security pin and it was blocked. There is an option to unblock but it doesn't work. Lot of numbers on the website but non of them work, few numbers work but no body picks the call. I waited for almost 12 to 25mins on ivr, manier times. It generated a ticket on the app it's more than 24 hours their is no call back or an email. Very bad customer service
