Hi,

This is regarding the refund for the order (Order no: 200000812) which I placed in http://24x7fresh.in/ on 16/12/2015 for an amount of Rs1,417.50/ for delivery of 3 milk packets on a daily basis.
The customer care said they are not able to deliver in Bangalore location and will refund back the amount. Inspite of so many mails to their customer care (cs@24x7fresh.in ) the amount is not refunded and they are not responding at all.
I feel they cheated many people like this and want to take serious action on 24x7fresh. Randhir (randhir@24x7fresh.in) is the CEO and founder of this company. I looped him in all my refund related mails, but he is least bothered.

Request to check this and help me out.
