QNet Fraud No product received Illegal Purchase

I have purchased Holiday Package – Silver Vacation Club Membership worth 3610 USD (3610 x 66.1 + 4% = 2,48,165.84 INR) via order number #DN40419619 on 25-December-2015

I have never received any email communication and/or telecommunication and/or by courier and/or by post of the said regarding details of product, delivery of product, information about the product, terms and conditions of the company, terms of use of product.

I have not receive any product till date. I also checked at company’s portal www.portal.qnetindia.net for order and purchase history. To my surprise portal does not show any purchase. I asked this to customer care of the above said company and asked for refund of the amount. The customer support team of above said company replied via email id support.centre@qnetindia.in in which they mentioned that “NO PURCHASE FOUND, PLEASE CONTACT GLOBAL SUPPORT

Global support denied refund.

Totally contradictory response from customer care (global support team) as they say that “No purchase found”, “confirm the delivery address”, “reshipping of the product details”, “membership card is not shipped”.

The global portal does not have option to purchase any product in India. It does not have option to select “India” in field of “country I live in.” Thus invalid purchase.

As per buy back policy, The company shall be obliged to buy back any marketable products sold to the IR within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product/services by the company

After several request and follow-ups with company, they denied the refund.

Kindly help me to get refund
