Sir, I have ordered via online, 1 (one) Leather Flip Cover for Nokia 1, Model: Black and paid online via NETBANKING on 14/09/2018 and received Order ID: 355957 (gmail copy enclosed). Today (19/09/2018) at 5:25 PM, I received a phone call (from phone no. 9064417614) informing me that I won't get my ordered item since the Company had stopped the item and that now they are dispatching me one EARPHONE (which I don't require). I told him (over phone) that I don't require their sent item and keep the money credited against my WALLET (Account) or refund the money to which the phone call on the other end (male voice) told me that they don't have such policies and that I have to accept the EARPHONE they are going to send me.
