New scooter self start unit problem-want replacement

Subject - New bike self start unit spoiled within 06 months of purchase i need replacement.
I have raised this complaint on 16th Apr-21 almost 18days over but still problem was not resolve.
The service/ showroom people saying all head officer are not working so for it will take time.
Please think as customer this is kind of fraud nobody not response the customer pain.

Hello YAMAHA Team,

I have purchased Yamaha Ray ZR street rally version on 25th Sep-20.
i have faced startup problem within 20 days and 1sr service also i have mentioned this problem to the service center and sales manager too.... now bike totally NOT WORKING they have says.

They given instruction to change the entire self start unit that cost totally for Rs.8000/-+4500 wires .

Why i have to pay ??? the fault is technical complaint more over its very new bike........
where is quality and warranty?????
Just think within 06 months of purchase bike how can i accept ?
I have faced continuously same problem self start issue.
I want proper replacement and solution for this problem and immediate response.
