Dear Sir/Madam,
I have paid 65000 as security deposit while renting an one BHK house. I have shifted in this house on 29-Jul-2016. There are severe water issue in the house due to which I need to change the house. When I asked the house owner regarding the refund of security amount, he is not willing to return the amount fully. Can you please help in this matter.
