I bought the fridge on 13th Nov 2010 , cash memo no 330 , last year it started developing problems and I called up the Samsung company last June to ask to repair it , in the pretext of repairs they have sent back the fridge and took the money but never repaired it. I have complained to the head office and they have also not paid any heed .4208720517 is the reference number allotted to me.
