I Gaurav Kaushal placed and order on 11th Sep '16 from Snapdeal - Intex Cloud String with Order Id - 18806298300, it had reflected a Snapdeal Gold benefit applicable to it. Immaterial to which the order didn't reach me by 17th Sep '16. When I placed a cancellation request which was accepted by Snapdeal, Surprisingly the very next day (Sunday) the product was delivered (Recv. my aged parents as they couldn't differentiate it was a courier or an order from Snapdeal which I cancelled). Post which I tried calling customer care to enquire how the return will be carried out.

To my amazement the product which I cancelled and was still wrongly delivered by Snapdeal and not yet opened (As evidenced the plastic seal and the Intex seal both are intact) by me was stated based on some "Trusted Policy" of snapdeal will not be taken back for return.

Over and above which on 22nd Sep '16 when I registered a complaint with Snapdeal Executive - Ms. Swati with Case Id - 29917587 I was informed a call back from Back End team to discuss further, there were no efforts made by Snapdeal to speak to me, nor was the Executive willing to share any escalation method inside Snapdeal to take up the issue.

On 25th Sep '16 waiting for a call from the back end team I again called Snapdeal Customer Care and spoke to Mr. Suresh who bluntly mentioned there is no other escalation or method to take up the complaint and I would not get my hard earned 4999/- spent on a wrongly delivered still sealed phone delivered by Snapdeal back and cannot escalate it to their management.
