Consumer rights complaint against membership of THE CIRCLE CLUB, Kolkata

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am a resident of CLUB TOWN VIP RD., flat no- 2B, Block no- 5, kolkata-700052. While purchasing the flat in the year 2002, the builder made an offer which include the membership of THE CIRCLE CLUB and accordingly enjoy all the facilities of the club by paying the subscription fees.
Then the membership fee were Rs. 45000/- and they did not make any agreement or they did not told us about the terms & condition of membership.
It was all good for 4 to 5 years, than the rule of the club changed. The other problem is being about the membership. At time of becoming the member of the circle club, the family member of the members are eligible to enjoy the club facilities but now only the member is allowed except his dependent family members. Here the dependent means the member and the children (below 21years) of the member, but here they did not include dependent parents of member and adult children. Secondly at the time of purchasing of the flat they told us that all residents are eligible to enjoy the facilities means all person living (means the flat owner and his full family) in that flat in the club town, but here they cut the benefit of all other residents also.
Here again, they came out with new idea of two types of membership. First, the members who pay only the annual subscription won’t be getting any privilege to enjoy, he will register in club as member and if he wants to enjoy any facility he will have to pay accordingly. Secondly, the other type of membership is that in which they charge extra money along with the subscription fees to enjoy every facilities.
It’s a request to look into both the matter and explain that where our subscription money (in first type membership) is going and what is the use of paying it and the money you took as registration fees, what the benefits and use of it. Please give reply.
