Consumer complaint for akash ganga courier not deliever

his is in reference to a akash ganga courier consignment ref. no. 81183543 sent from Chennai to Kishangarh and its been 2 weeks since the same remains undelivered and untracked and still shown as "In-Transit".
To my utmost shock and surprise, till this time there is neither visibility nor clarity as to why its not yet delivered.
The courier contained rakhis, costing about INR 1800, which remained undelivered till date.
We would like to submit a claim of about Rs 5000 for unreasonable harassment, mental agony and emotional touch loss due to non-deliverability of Rakhi on the festival of Raksha Bandhan.
Its necessary that Akash Ganga should get a lesson for cheating to poor consumers and taking consumer rights for granted.
