I have been following up for last one month, and my TV is lying dead for last 30 days.
I am unable to get any response, the trail is self-explanatory. To brief the issue, my TV is just 18 months old and covered under Samsung warranty. The service team is not repairing my TV, rather offering a refund. I have requested them to refund my hard earned money along with interest. Request you to kindly transfer the amount of Rs. 2,56,000/- to my account immediately. The documents as requested by your service centre in Patna, is ready with me. It may be collected anytime. Scan attached. I have more than 4 appliances / electronics in my home of Samsung, but this incidence of such a poor service is really a very poor experience.


After purchasing such premium product line of Samsung I get such pathetic response. My number is +91-9572274583.
I even tried reaching the CEO desk by your website, but to no success. I only got an email from them saying that my phone is not reachable, even a mail back to them did not fetch any result.
Writing to you I believe my issues will be solved.
