Complaint for Mental Harassment and agony caused by Samsung Ghaziabad

Samsung India Mobile and Samsung Mobile Service centers have failed to fix my phone and return it. It has been 2 months of continuous followups with them over all the platforms. I am posting this on behalf of my maternal uncle who is not that good with internet and had been struggling with these people. They first took our phone on a initial issue and picked it from our place which they fixed and returned. However, the issue and resolution was not reported. After 2 days the phone stopped working again and this time we gave it back to the same team. But to our horror they said the phone had moisture and we need to pay Rs.21000/- to get it fixed.
As reported to them we had never taken our phone in any moisture prone area. Despite constant followups they have stopped reverting back to our messages and queries over social media.
There people were so adamant and unruly that they asked us to go to consumer court or do a FIR as they said they don't care. which is now visible as we have no response from last 1 month. They still haven't fixed nor returned our phone.
My humble submission to you is to look into the common mans plight. these MNC's take cover of loop holes and make us suffer. I am frustrated and feel mentally harassed by the way they have handled the issue.
P.S. The phone faced the same issue post it was submitted back to us for which we resubmitted, we received no invoice and resolution document from Samsung Mobile India. We want them to fix it and apologize.
