Complaint for FRAUD BY QUIKR purchased a Motorola moto g mobile

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Motorola moto g mobile from quikr online for Rs 3128.00.When i received the phone it was seen that the battery was totally damaged and not working.I contacted quikr for exchange of the mobile as per terms & condition of quikr replacement policy which provides 6 months warranty.
I have contacted quikr more than 6 times over phone to replace & over 4 times through e-mail with all details to replace.But with regret i wish to inform that quikr is not responding.
