Food courts in all the shopping malls in Chennai, does not provide drinking water. We need to purchase drinking water which cost around Rs. 20 or 25 Rupees.
When persisted several times, the staff of the food court says it is their Management order. There is no water outlets in big malls for public. Everyone has to buy Drinking water. This is such a crime. Also the parking rates for Car and Bikes are charged heavily 3 hour parking is about 100 for Cars and bikes is nearly 60 Rupees. This is the norm in almost all the Shopping malls in Chennai

Viviana mall, thane is looting customer by charging them 250 rs fine for losing parking tickets. it is unlawful and illegal to charge 250 which is more than charge which one would pay by parking car for full day at mall parking.
