dear concern i bought a micromax phone model- E313 after 6 months it got defects in its display. after that i submitted it in micromax service centre in bathinda and my job sheet no. was 2122112051623160503 i received it after 40 days which was a big delay and inconvenience but after one day it again got defected and this time i submitted it in micromax service centre chandigarh where my job sheet no. was - N020123061624080036 and now they are giving back my phone without any repair and my phone is still in one year manufacturing warranty time. kindly hep lp me as soon as possible. i'll be thankfull to u

    I have bought a micromax phone model E313. it gives problem in a few months. I submit it to the service centre bathinda. I bring my phone back after two month. it again seems to be faulted in a week. this time I am in Chandigarh and submit my mobile to micromax service centre aks telecom sector 35 Chandigarh. next day I received a call from aks telecom and they had asked that your phone is damaged hardware problem which is created by the micromax service centre bathinda. now about one and half month passed my phone is in the service centre. and I have no solution for hat what to do.my mobile phone is in warrenty till 15 September.
