Xiaomi phone blast, I bought a RedMi Note 4 manufactured by Xiaomi

I bought a RedMi Note 4 manufactured by Xiaomi on 13/08/2017. All of a sudden phone blast last week dated 03/09/2018. Luckily no one was around the phone but it was in running condition without any hardware/software problem. After the blast, I had filed a complaint on Xiaomi customer support but they promised me to call back which never happen. I did not receive any call. Now I want to file a complaint against Xiaomi for playing with our lives. My mother was using it and what happened if she was around the phone?
