dear sir,
i have bought a red mi note5 pro mobile phone at 30/08/2018 with one year warranty period at cost rs.14999.I have got a defect in my mobile at 10/10/2018.when i contact to the mi service centre then they ask me for money rs.1800-1900 for reparing i said that my mobile phone is in the warranty period than they refused my request.
sir please remedise my complaint either i will contact to the higher authority.
