I HAD MY GIONNEE (P5L)PHONE MALFUNCTIONING A BIT SO I WENT TO AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER,WHERE THE ESTIMATED DAY FOR DELIVERY WAS WITHIJ 3-4 DAYS AND NOW IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS WITHOUT ANY PROPER CORDINATIO EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER HELPLINE NO. HAS NO RESPONSE.
