I Kalyani Baruah bought a Comio S1 Lite phone in Dibrugarh, Assam in October,2018 . Half of the screen stopped working just after 3 months of buying the phone. I gave my phone for repairing under the warranty at Ramdeo communications Dibrugarh. After keeping the phone for about 20 days now, they said they will be unable to repair the phone as the company is not sending the parts required even after several requests. My complaint is against the company for producing such defective products and then their negligence at providing service.
