Order cancelled by Mi company but payment not refunded to me

Dear i placed a order for redmi4 mobile on 23june2017 with order id5170623182040773.
Payment was paid advance but unfortunately mi company cancelled my order,payment deducted from my bank account while placing order but its not refunded to me yet.
I have been calling to mi customer care num from last 21days but they are just making excuse everytime.first they told me that payment has been refunded to your bank account.i have sent my bank account statement to them to proof that payment not refunded to my bank account yet.
Everytime they are just writing complain only nothing else.
You are requested to bring back my payment from cheated mi company.if any documents or bank account statement require then i am ready to give you.
