respected sir/medam my redmi 9 prime mobile not working properly.it automatically switch off and switch on.i could not able to control and handle it.this is the fourth time like this happening.what should I do sir/medam.i requested you please resolve my problem as early as possible.unless please refund or replace my mobile.thanking you.
