No IMEI number provided in INVOICE

To begin with - On 08JUN2020 i purchased Apple iPhone SE Red, 64 GB ; Order ID: OD118847501386875000. However during the warranty extension in DEC2020 it was noticed that the invoice didn't have the IMEI number.
I reached out to flipkart immediately to provide me with an invoice specifying IMEI number. After multiple discussions with flipkart CC it was concluded that IMEI number on invoice cannot be provided probably because its fake/ refurbished, for which the decision was made to return the product with refund amount of 42500/- INR.
A wish master was assigned from Ekart to pick up the product and the instruction provided to them along with others was to pick up the PRIMARY BRAND BOX. This is when I noticed I didn't have the primary brand box. So I reached out to Flipkart CC and explained the issue and it was decided that the box is not needed and the same will be communicated to EKART via email instructing to pick up the product without the brand box.
Despite this decision made, no email had been sent to EKART to accept the product without the brandbox. And everytime i raise a concern the same issue persists. So I think we should put an end to his vicious cycle. Here is what I suggest and one of the processes should be followed to get this resolved within the next 48hrs.
1. Please, provide me with the invoice mentioning the IMEI for the product I purchased.

2. Please send an email to EKART wishmaster to accept the product without the box.
Please note having a brand box is so important to you means, then as a customer I am also obliged to receive a product with all ethics followed, in this case providing an invoice with IMEI.
Please note your time and my time is very valuable.
