Mobile warranty complain purchase LG Mobile on Amazon and this mobile is dead

I purchase LG Mobile on Amazon and this mobile is dead after 8 days because of virus proble then I go to LG service center Sangli and submit it, then she says I will call you after two days , but they call to me after 5 days and say this handset is not in warranty and they do not give the proper response to me.

and my mobile is in LG Service center before one month.
