Mobile repairing Delay under warranty

I have given my POCO X3 mobile in Ahmedabad drive road service center on 21st April for Repairing under warranty.

Mobile have Motherboard issue as per showroom said.

Service No - WXIN2204210000244

As per Warranty policy mobile handover to Customer return back to customer with 10 working days.

But we can't recevied mobile yet.

I have raised complaint also in POCO - WOIN20220503000177
