Manufacturing Defect, purchased an Samsung S8 plus mobile from Samsung Smart phone cafe Dial Tone

I had purchased an Samsung S8 plus mobile from Samsung Smart phone cafe Dial Tone ,located in Kolkata City Centre I on 20th Aug''2017.
Suddenly from 10th Sep''18 the phines display has gone blank without having expiriencing any fall or accident.
I took the phone to your Authorised Service Centre M/s.Sanchar Electronics located in Ultadanga wherein I was told that LCD Display needs to be replaced &amp the replaced screen may not have the same look as the original one. Further, I was told there may be other problems which may come up during the couse of servicing. I was given an estimate of Rs15 K &amp was asked to deposit 50 of the quoted amount for the service to start.
My point is that the phone has hardly crossed 20 days past the warranty period. If the LCD display goes blank all by itself without having any accident then there ought to be some kind of manufacturing defect in the phone. A top of the line product cannot just go bad like that unless there is some kind of product manufacturing problem.
I request your intervention in this matter so that I can have a replacement of the phone. I fail to fathom how a top of the line product can go bad within 12 months of its sale without any apparent reason.

Further how can atop of the line super expensive phone have the same warranty period as any other regular phone from the company.

The company should have more faithin its premium products!
