I've purchased karbonn mobile from homeshop18 on dated 20-june-2017 which has one year warranty covered .
Now ,one day phone slipped from my hand while trying to keep in my trouser pocket..Then i discovered that the vendor claimed that the mobile i ve purchesed is gorrila glass broken into pieaces.that the company made false statement on air....then i complain to utl and informed about the scene and wanted to service my mobile as it is in warrranty period.
karbonn united telelinks (bangalore) limited denied that they did not promise such thing to consumer. i ve provided my mobile bill voucer, video clip where they were showing the gorrilla glass advertise to buy custmer on warranty period ,the cover of the mobile which show it is gorrila glass.
inspite of all the valid documents they denied to help...
plz guide in this regard
