Got no service even after given time extend

I faced some problem with my Microsoft Lumia 535 and went to service centre situated in Barrackpore. They assured me about their service within seven working days. But when I got no reply within their given period passed even one day more,I went to them and requested for immediate service, they refused and returned the device without repairing and ruined my 8 days.
