I am Gopal Ghosh , Address : S. M. Bose Road, Sarkar Bagan, Agarpara, Kolkata 700109, I have generated Jio Sim Coupon from my Jio App with my 4G Mobile on 11.10.2016. Due to Durgapuja festival I could not receive the Sim from our nearest store of Jio in Sodepur, Kolkata 700110. Today I went to get my Sim but they are telling me my Coupon has been redeemed. Now If I want Jio Sim then I have to generate another Coupon with another 4G Handset. That means I have to buy another 4G handset. Either they must provide me the Jio Sim with all the offers they have announced or a new 4 G handset so that I can generate another Coupon.

    My mobile number 6290643477.after recharge last one month not a single time I got your sim signal.but when recharge time come.you send msg for recharge.shame to u.stop this type of business.
