hi Team,
I bough Panasonic eluga ray max phone in the month of june 2017 but this phone stopped working after 1 week. I have given this phone to panasonic ASC CIPL technologies located at Rajkumarganj darbhanga. This phone is lying there from past 2 months but still has not been fixed. I have done followups many times but they say that they have not received parts yet. I have called customer care many times but no one is taking any action.
