Dear Team,

My mother named Chandraprabha Choudhary has purchased intex mobile model no:911550551005402/911550551005410 from samsung executive showroom station road simrahi bazar(Bihar) on 6th May and it is not charging from past one month. She approached the dealer Mr kundan Jaiswal(mobile no:9534303270/9931214444) but she is not getting proper response from the shopkeeper. My first question is with the brand new mobile why this problem has occured? On top of it we are not getting proper support from the shopkeeper.
my alternate mobile no is 9035003315 mobile. Can someone guide me if we can return/change this mobile or I can get the money back from shopkeeper because product is not up to the mark.

It is really embarrasing/harassing situation for us. Please help
