Complaint against tecno company (carlcare service) regarding denying after sale service

my phone hasn't being charged properly. may be, there is charging connector problem. I have visited service centre several times. but few days after getting service again I am facing same issue regard to charging. last time,technicians told me -"there is no solution for this problem now" . indirectly they were denying to provide service. so where should customer go?
