Bill not provided and charged more when we gave back that cellphone as it was not working properly.

We bought a Vivo phone S1 pro on 8th may and we came back to home. We opened the phone and see the camera and it was not working fine. We kept that phone back and we went to shopkeeper next morning that is 9th May they said we can't take back and we said we want diffrent phone as this phone is not working properly. shopkeeper said if you want money back or need another phone you have to pay 6000 more. On 8th may he didn't provided the bill for that phone and said take it tomorrow. There is no stamp in the bill when we went back to show the phone. He gave us amount back of rs 17500 from 21500. When we asked the reason. He said the phone is activated now from sim. But we didn't have inserted sim and we have used wifi for activating our phone. That shopkeeper does this to most of the customers. He also sell the refurbished phone as new phone.
