Hello Sir/Mam,
This complain is with regards to the new Samsung M31s Blue (6*128) Batch:354076824068490,one piece mobile purchase on 1st -Oct-2020,on worth rupees- 19,600/. Cash payment in hand.
On the time of purchase, I have checked the mobile phone after inserting My number Sim. The mobile was not proper to sending and receiving text messages as I have complained immediately to the shopkeepe. But they replied that sometime the sim is not working properly so I need to issues one new sim from customer care for using this mobile phone handset. So i went immediately to the customer care for solve out the problem as per shopkeeper insisted on 1st October,2020 the same day on purchase of Samsung Mobile handset. Customer care provided me new sim as activated after 2 hour for calling and for text messages for 24 hours (need to wait).
Afetr taking new sim for my same Number, I came back on the Sunny Crockery & Gift Shop to give uplates and asked about the surety of the complain of my issues. I want to return this faulty mobile handset but Shopkeeper and staff member assure me that I need to wait for the sometime.
Today on 4th October, 2020 I am facing lots of problem witb this Samsung handset with the previous same text message problem like keypad not working properly,Touchpad not working properly as I'm not able to cutdown the call after finishing my talk on phone, FInger print senor also not working properly, lock applied on mobile also not working as something lock are open automatically, no need of my finger print or password. I have contacted to sim customer care about all this. But the answer given me that hand set having actual problem. On the 4th day of mobile purchase I'm am in totally loss of 19,600+100+ addition auto rent. I need my money back as I can't trust on this Mobile shop- Sunny Crockery & Gift Shop. So request you to please help me with regards to my problem written above and help to take my money back from this about written defaulter.
