Bought New Mobile from Lotus Electronics Supermarket but got defective piece

I bought New Mobile on 19Aug2022 from Lotus Electronics Supermarket (13 Sneh Nagar Main road Indore 452001) but it is not working properly and battery also draining very fast. And they said no to replace or exchange this mobile ever after 2 days of its purchase. Please suggest what should we do. It costs 16528 which is big amount for us. Please help.
