मेरा नाम सूरज लस्करी है मैंने टाटा क्लिक की वेबसाइट से एक मोबाइल खरीदा था जो उस समय ऑफर में था और 18615 रुपए देकर क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से मैंने यह मोबाइल खरीद लिया 16 दिसंबर 2020 को यह मोबाइल मुझे डिलीवर होना था लेकिन 18 दिसंबर 2020 तक मुझे यह मोबाइल नहीं मिला 16 दिसंबर से ही मैं रोज कंपनी में कॉल कर रहा हूं और मुझे कहा जाता है कि सरवर डाउन के कारण अभी हम चेक नहीं कर पा रहे हैं लेकिन जब मैंने आज 18 दिसंबर 2020 को अधिकारियों को डांटा तब उन्होंने कहा कि सर हमारा आपका जो पार्सल है वह ऑटोमेटिक ली कैंसिल हो गया है कंपनी ने मेरा हैंडसेट रख लिया है और मुझे ऑफर का फायदा नहीं मिला जो कंपनी खुद ने रख लिया मेरा आपसे निवेदन है की कंपनी से मुझे या तो हैंडसेट दिलवाया जाए या तो हैंडसेट की जो प्राइस है आज की तारीख में वह दिलवाई जाए
