Bad service by service center

Sir/Madam.

My name is Anand kumar ..I bought M 11 Mobile on 05/10/2020...After buying, a lot of problems started coming in my handset .So I went to Samsung's service center to get the mobile checked on 08/10/2020.The service center man told me to come tomorrow and get my mobile deposited… so I submitted my mobile and I got the receiving.When I went to the service center the next day, it was said that you come next day..
The next day say your set will be go for DOA, so I deposited the box and charger..
But till today, I have gone to the service center 5 times and the work is not done, so I am going to the consumer court.
Service of Samsung Service Center in Muzaffarpur is of very inferior quality
