On 26/2/19 i booked a samsung M20 mobile and on 1/3/19 i got it . From last 4 days a problem came in handset .Either in switch on mode or in switch off mode when i connect charger for charging the handset automatically reboots.sometimes when i switch on my mobile after coming homepage set automatically switch off.I contacted to your custmoer care he told me to run in safe mode for 1 hour i also did that but the problem was still same. Then i visited muzaffarpur bihar samsung service center named YES COMPU service center.What the hell service center you people made where i got only illetrate rude peoples who even don't have manners how to talk with custmoers.they sent me to counter number 5 they made my paper and set went for checking.that guy opened set infront of me and he didn't got the fault . suddenly he told that there is a very small scratch on board may be the problem is due to this.now tell me in two months how scratch came in board .M20 is a inbuild set and first time your engineer opened set then how i can answer him that how scratch came.even he was not sure that what is the problem and he started blaming me that scratch came due to me.neither he updated software nor he handed over set inside repair cabin and he told me that this set will not cover warrenty.his behaviour was so rude that i have not expected. Now samsung listen me i purchased set on EMI still 3 emi is due . i have accepted that i wasted my Rs 13000 but don't forget you are in market just due to custmoers and once you loose the trust of custmoers you will come on road. there are a lot companies which can provide better features in less price than samsung. but just due to an image and brand we choose samsung.i am sure you people have data of custmoers so please check on my mobile number 7250576608 how many samsung handset i purchased i am sure the result will come more than 15. but due to the bad quality and rude behaviour of your service center may be samsung M20 will be my last samsung handset.my set is in guarentee period and your service center returned me without checking the handset properly.now i have 2 options one is consumer court and second is social media.i am ready to waste my Rs 13000 but its my mission to convince atliest 13000 peoples to avoid samsung on social media .now daily i will write on your samsung wall on twitter facebook instagram in my groups. people shoul know your monopoly .I have 2 demands replace my handset because just 2 months before i purchased it and set is working just there is booting problem and 2nd demand is take a proper action against service center who behaved so rudley and roughly with me . its not first time in past also i faced problem with service center that time also after complain my problem was sorted out. this time i am not going to your service center myself i will go only when your service center will call me and appologise for there behaviour. rest is up to samsung either solve my issue otherwise i don't have any choice. but i am very much sure i am not going to step back with my decesion . i will expose samsung that samsung supply defective handsets online. its a planning of samsung that their M series is defective thatswhy M series ia not available on shop its only available online. and service center is also partner in fraud .when custmoers go there they blame custmoers for problem like scratch on board. blind people first time you opened handset for checking then how i know that scratch came from where.
