Unable to trace my payment and not able to reverse back to my account

Mobile App Complaint Complaint Date: December 2, 2020
I used happyeasygo app to book my flight ticket. Made payment through mobikwik mobile app. Ticket was not booked but the amount was debited from my bank account on dated 28/11/2020 at 7 p.m.
Payment was made through mobile app mobikwik. Mobikwik assured regarding successful transaction but happyeasygo has claimed that they have not received payment.
Kkndly follow up if possible.
