I ordered mobile online a week ago someone call me and told me its not android and if i want android i said yes I want android so they delivered vivo for the same price which has defect. I tried to call them to get replaced but no one ready to help from online help desk or the store who delivered the phone. Worst experience ever. Pls help me replace the phone there huge gap in the panel as show below.
