service center not repaired phone under warratny

today i have gone to infocus m2 on 14-04-2015 for repairing of my phone speaker and i also told them for some body has thrown on me liquid oil and some liquid will be in my phone after listening my complain he has told me i will not repair out of warranty and i also told them my phone is working properly only speaker is not responding after that he told me we will charge 400/ service charge and part will be extra charge and i told them mobil will not damaged speaker after that he return my mobile
