Payment deducted but pass not issued on UTS app

I booked a paperless pass on 11-10-2022 from Mira Road to Mumbai Central of First Class. The payment was deducted from my account but the pass in not showing on the app. My transaction ID is UPIAR/228508577683/DR/URCTCUT/NA/NA/Oid8101102. I am attaching my Statement copy for reference. I want my payment as well as payment for the traveling till the disbursement of my payment.
