Money was deducted from my account but no pass generated

Dear UTS team
This is ketan. I was trying to book a paperless e-ticket from the UTS app on date (05-01-2023) from Mumbai. The amount Rs.315 deducted from my bank account via gpay but the ticket did not generate.
Kindly refund the deducted amount asap.
