tried to do my electricity bill payment from talkcharge of amount 2543 . but it got failed and my money also got deducted from bank but i got no refund on my account nor in my bank . i am now hearing very much complains about their app and site for similar issue . they guys dont have phone number even to contact . some are saying they guys are cheating.
