I payed the ugvcl electricity bill on 20 th April , 2022 through Bhim UPI application.. at that time

I payed the ugvcl electricity bill on 20 April , 2022 at 12:09 pm of Rs. 10530 through Bhim UPI. The payment debited from my bank account but not credited into beneficiary of ugvcl . Approximately 40 days passed away but I'm not getting any response from bhim UPI . Neither payment is credited to ugvcl nor returned into my account yet.Due to this problem I payed the fine also in ugvcl.sometimes ago i notedown this complaint in sbi bank , those response screenshot proof i attached as below.so please solve my problem as soon as possible..
