Complaint Product not received from Snapdeal which had software issues

I ordered a phone from Snapdeal which had software issues. On the day of receiving it I called for replacement. They picked up my product and after a few days they closed the request saying the product did not meet quality checks. On repetitive questioning they told me the handsfree was missing which means that their courier partner were responsible for mishandling because why would I keep the earphones when being an educated individual I know it will be my loss. Added to that it has been 11 days since the message cam4 that the product failed quality checks and will be shipped back to you but no such thing has taken place. Neither have I received the product nor any updates in its regard.
Kindly help me. I am at a complete loss. My money is stuck.
