have purchased a Redmi 2 Prime phone (online) on 18-09-2015 through Flipkart. Rear camera of the phone is not working from last 2 months. I gave this phone to MI work shop in Lucknow on June 6, 2016. The same was given back on 16 June 2016 without repairing, stating that the main board is defective and is out of stock.

I gave them call on regular intervals, but every time I was told that main board is still not in their stock.

Warranty has expired now and board is still not available. What will happen to the phone after the expiry of warranty.

I am in regular touch with MI Service Manager (Lucknow) Mr. Mayank - mobile 8400394394 and getting assurance for last four months that the mobile has been marked for replacement and will be replace soon but still there is no end of my wait.
