Dear Sir
I am S Madhavan 68 years old with my own personal difficulties of old age
My micromax mobile (Model No.A082 ) was having a complaint that, its ON-OFF switch was not properly working...and i submitted the same in MICROMAX EXCLUSIVE CARE in COCHIN branch on 23/5/2016.

As no one is there for me to assist and MY AGE OF 68 is making the service centre people to give me NO CARE APPROACH

I have gone to the service centre 4 times and made many phone calls.

Now the situation is that I have not got the phone, repaired yet nor the staff in the micromax centre(service slip attached) also NOT ABLE TO ANSWER when I can receive the mobile back.

I think.... the situation happens to be I may not get my mobile in repaired or unrepaired mode.
I am helpless and mentally draggeed
Its already 4 MONTHS & 1 WEEK over .
Please do the needful.
