Consumer forum against micromax mobile phone for Bad after sales service

I am having one micromax mobile phone. Their after sales is very bad. They are always interested in the sale of our complaint phone. They are not at all ready to register our phone complaint and issue us a receipt. When I give the phone for repair they just received it and kept it . Two week later when my husband went to collect the phone they told that they sent the phone somewhere else. I called them regulary .every time I got the same answer. They kept the phone there for service for about one month . After one month they returned the phone. my husband asked them what is the condition of my phone they replied that they need to check the phone for identifying the complaint. They kept the phone there for one month not even checked the complaint. This is the second time I got a very bad service from them.

First time when I gave the phone for service without looking the phone they replied that the phone could not be repaired. I got repaired the phone from a mobile technitian by paying only Rs.200/-

Second time I gave the phone to service centre only because the complaint was software related.

I lost my time and energy in this issue.
