Complain about the MONEY was deducted but the ticket was not booked

I was booked a ticket on 23 March 2019 hissar to Gorakhpur from id 9990113675.the problem was that the MONEY has been debited from my a/C but the ticket was not were booked.also the another problem was that I didn't receive any further information like transaction ID or failed id . I tried to call the goibibo information center but no better response I got.pls give me an idea to get back my refund money.
